Trelawney Stud had a standout performance at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sales, selling three top-class yearlings.

Lot 20, a bay colt by Per Incanto (USA) out of Lady Sayyida (NZ), was sold for $650,000 to Mr. Zhang and Yulong Investments (Australia) Pty Ltd. This colt's pedigree and impressive conformation made him a hot commodity, with plenty of competition from around the world. He carries the same brand as Yulong's son of O'Reilly, Grunt, who has made a real impression with his first runners. As the most expensive son of Per Incanto to sell at auction, we hope he can stand alongside his close relation, Grunt, at Yulong.

Meanwhile, Lot 386, a filly by Satono Aladdin (JPN) out of Gallwitz, fetched $725,000, with the winning bid from Bryce Heys and Michael O'Keeffe, who struck gold by buying Spieth from Trelawney a few years ago. She was the most beautiful, strong filly by the rising star sire Satono Aladdin and attracted intense competition from some very astute judges, creating a real impression.

Also, Lot 31, a colt by Frankel (GB) out of Loire (NZ), was sold to Ciaron Maher Bloodstock and David Redvers Bloodstock in Victoria. This colt, by one of the world's greatest sires, from a jewel of Trelawney's broodmare band, represented a global investment. It was fitting that the colt be trained by Ciaron Maher, as he is a close relation to the mighty Pride of Jenni and will carry the world-famous Sheikh Fahad colours, who has graciously allowed Cherry to race this colt with him.

Trelawney Stud's success highlights its reputation for producing elite bloodstock, continuing its legacy of breeding future racing stars.

We would like to thank all the buyers who competed for our elite draft, our staff for their continued dedication, the Inglis team for their professionalism, and we wish our buyers every success.

We look forward to sharing the exciting journey ahead.
